About Kenly Banda: Kenly was born in Rio de San Juan and started his musical career at an early age.
He taught himself how to play guitar, songwriting and singing.
In a very short period of time Kenly started composing and writing for various bands in his hometown.

Even tough Kenly´s songwriting skill was widely recognized in his hometown, deep inside he wanted more than just being a local star, therefore he moved to the capital Santo Domingo where he was quickly known as songwriter, arranger and composer.

Kenly has worked with artists such as Ramon Orlando Valoy, Fernando Villalona, Tuliles Los Potros, Grupo Bachata, Trio Rafy Dias, He´ Pepo and more.

Recently, Kenly Banda has released his first album entitled “Prefiero que se me rompa el Corazon”, in which he brings his musical talents and experiences to create a new and unique sound of Bachata – Mambo – Merengue. His music has been featured in various compilations worldwide, as well as in film and Television series in the US.
